We stopped in for the first time yesterday and had a wonderful lunch! Our burgers were great! Our server was fast and friendly! I really loved the little farmers market shop attached. It was such a great vibe and we will definitely be back to try more menu items
Amazing! The food, the atmosphere, the service, and the farmer's market you walk through to get to the restaurant. I got friend pickle spears as an app and the Pretzel Melt butter. The fried pickle spears were crunchy and very flavorful. The batter on the outside of the fried pickle spears was light and had additional dill in it for that extra hint of flavor. The burger, as you can see in the picture, was covered in cheese, insomuch it was also all over the plate which made a great addition to my fries. The burger was properly cooked to order, juicy, and the pretzel bun was perfect to finalize the combination of flavors. My wife got the brisket with green beans and mashed potatoes. This was some of the best brisket she has had. The was also very flavorful and juicy! We can not wait to go back!
Great WV vibes. Food tasted great. I didn’t like the coleslaw and fries though. Check out the market on your way out. Prices are great, meal sizes are European not American 😀
10/10. Absolutely amazing food and service. The burger was flawless. The temperature was perfect, the near to bun ratio, perfect. The cheese, perfect. The chipotle mayo, perfect and not too overwhelming. Every flavor could be tasted and added to the overall experience. If I had to pick at absolutely anything, the fries were a smidge cooler than I would have preferred, but even they were amazing. Then there's the apple pie, wow.... Fresh. The locally sourced ice cream was a perfect companion with this heavenly dessert. It has the perfect amount of cinnamon and you could tell by the different thickness and sizes of the apples, that this pie is not made in a factory. It was so good, that I bought a whole pie for the road. If you're in WV, and I don't even care if you're near, but you need to eat here. It's one of the top burgers I've had, and I travel all over, searching for the best burgers. A 10/10 burger is hard to come by.

Great place. Almost feels like a hidden gem. The amount of food you get for the price is great. Food is amazing. Good selection of beers and wine. Def feels like a small business which I prefer going to than a bigger chain.
Stopped by The Cider Press for the first time today and this place deserves ALL FIVE STARS! The whole place was clean. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious and reasonably priced! (I highly recommend the brisket and mac wrap.) Carey was our waitress and she was phenomenal!! We shopped the farmer's market afterwards. They had a wide selection with reasonable prices, too. My friend and I stocked up on a ton of fresh produce. Check this place out the next time you're in the area!
OMG!! The Cider Press has amazing food! The Smoker Fries are a meal in themselves, the pulled pork and sidewinder fries go so well together. My husband's chicken wings were perfectly cooked and tender. The wings are big you definitely get your money's worth with them! We both got salads, the greens were so fresh. I believe the salad dressings are made in house because there is no way they came from a bottle. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff very friendly. Cam, our server was on point! He was friendly, helpful and super nice. We will be back!! Thank you all for an enjoyable dinner!!
Fantastic food, the ambience is amazingly rustic, and is just awesome farm to table representation. The menu has so many choices that it would appeal to almost anyone even a section for those future farmers. Lol it's a little far for us to drive to but so glad we did. And the attached Farmers market has lots of baked good choices, gifts and produce. Check them out it's worth the time.
